Griggs Homes is bringing forward proposals for a new residential-led community at Cowley-on-the-Hill, on land bounded by Cowley Hill and Well End Road.
The proposals include private and affordable housing, alongside new public open space, supporting infrastructure and a range of community-focused uses.
We are inviting local residents and stakeholders to view our emerging proposals and share their feedback at an early stage. Your comments will help shape the scheme as it develops, ensuring that the proposals respond positively to local priorities, aspirations and the wider needs of the community.
All feedback received will be carefully considered by the project team as the proposals evolve.
